| Resolved, that the Armed Forces of the Trigunskaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika shall never use nuclear, biological or chemical weapons unless a nation attacks Trigunian territory (including embassies and consulates) or economic interests using nuclear, biological or chemical weapons first. Resolved, that should a nation attack the Trigunskaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika with weapons of mass destruction, the Armed Forces of the Trigunskaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika shall not be confined to using the same weapon of mass destruction used in the attack on Trigunia, her territory or interests. |
