| Resolved, that the Duma of the Trigunskaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika hereby establishes the Trigunian Stock Exchange (TSE) to trade stocks of privately owned and operated corporate and other business entities. Resolved, that the TSE shall be a state corporation and its establishment, regulation, oversight and operation shall be undertaken by the Ministry of Finance. |
