Resolved, that all persons at risk of death, rape, torture or other persecution shall be permitted to immigrate to the Trigunskaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika on humanitarian grounds as refugees.

Resolved, that refugees residing in the Trigunskaya Sotsialisticheskaya Respublika shall be given integration aid for a period not exceeding three (3) years. During this time, they must learn the Trigunian language and customs and if they do not have a skill set, must learn a trade or profession.

Resolved, that all persons admitted as refugees shall be permitted to apply for citizenship after a period of ten (10) years.

Resolved, that foreign aid shall be provided in solidarity with suffering peoples in the case of human and/or ecological disaster irregardless of that nation's political and economic policies.
