MessageI highly suggest you discuss with us the placement of missiles in our border. I am very sorry to say this but I, and our Government, has never trusted Likatonia and we won't start doing so now. So, to avoid any conflict, I recommend you start talking to us right away. We don't like the idea of having missiles pointing at us, especially if they are from Likatonia.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Kynes
Minister of Foreign Affairs
United Republics of Lodamun

OOC: You see, this is an example of when you intervene in someone else's internal affairs.

MessageSurely though, the missiles are inside our border? That`s not doing anything wrong and we can move our missiles as we please inside our country.
Also, you have no confirmation of the missiles pointing at your nation...

MessageLikatonia should be taking lessons from Lodamun when it comes to Missile Defense Shields as we have one of the most effective ones in Terra.

By using common sense, if you are establishing a missile defense shield and the interceptors are in our border, they must be pointing at us, otherwise, it would be useless.

As far as the military contracts, that's our country's business. We have done it before and it should be to no one's surprise. However, this attempt by Likatonia to build a "missile defense shield" is quite dangerous and alarming.

If you ever feel threatened, we will respond appropriately.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Kynes
Minister of Foreign Affairs
United Republics of Lodamun

MessageTechnically, they are not pointing at anything as they are in an underground silo. We are also not aiming at any country UNLESS there is a direct threat from that country, as the missiles do not cointain a nuclear warhead and should only be used to defence. It`s a simple precaution, which we just set up.

MessageThe phrase "pointing to our country" refers to the close proximity of the missiles to our country not the actual fact that they are pointed at us. We are not cautious of the interceptors but of the idea that it might be a cover by Likatonia to hide their true intentions as they have done before.

The missiles should be relatively far away from the border we share to prevent any confrontations between our countries.

Thank you,

Messagethe sheild is defending Likatonia from all sides not just lodamun. Feel assured that we are not picking on you're country.

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.
