Bill: Budget proposal of September 2711
Details
Submitted by[?]: Alorian Populist Party (DemCoa)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 2712
Description[?]:
The Alorian Populist Party propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Democratic Republic of Aloria. This corresponds to the tax bill before congress proposed by my party. WIll not be put up to vote before other Progressive legilsation passes or until the tax bill passes. This boosts all ministries, aside from the HOG, up to 1 bil at least, as all are important ministries that are in desperate need of more funding. Hog is increased, but not as much as others. Health is doubled in anticipation for a national public healthcare system. Education is dramatically increased so that we can give out children a real education. Science is increased so we can move forward into the future. Trade and Industry is increased in anticipation of more industrial regulation laws. Finance is increased in anticipation of more banking laws (which would be funded from finance) and because that ministry is from where taxes are collected, which needless to say is every important. |

Message | If we have a budget surplus, assuming this bill passes, then the APP would also like to increase IA and Justice. |

Message | We agree with the increse with IT, ST, however I disagree with the increase with HSS, EC, and ET. I don't support a public health care system, so I don't believe we should spend double the amount, however that is why I don't agree with the increase. |
