Message | Maybe I have interpreted this wrong, but doesn't our current legislation imply that our forest keep growing and growing. We're not at all against forests as you all know, but this seems a bit absurd to me. |

Message | Not all the trees that are planted will survive, you know. If you want 100% replacement, you have to plant more seeds/saplings than you cut down. |

Message | "Replacement levels" implies enough for 100% replacement, not simply the same number. We are proud of the way Ikradon's forests have recovered from the neglect of prior centuries. The forests today are healthy and thriving. Let us acknowledge a job well done, and change the law to reflect the world as it now is. We gain nothing by refusing to acknowledge our success. |

Message | I brought this to vote a bit too early I realize now. We will vote yes, though we think NDP makes a good point. As soon as we notice that our forests begin to shrink, BF will be prepared to change the legislation again. |

Message | CCC i would like to bring to your attention the last bit of the propose about 'for all logging or clearance operations.' there are many more natural things that trees die from or get uprooted from thats why the current propose is in place |
