Tobacco now is only available to adults, this will link very well with our ID card plan, in which shops need to have our ID plan to ensure that they are not breaking the law. | Message | We cannot support this legislation. Let local governments determine smoking and tobacco laws in accordance with the concerns of the local communities and families they represent - these issues are not of concern to the federal government, and this legislation would needlessly add to the power of the managerial state whilst undermining local autonomy and state's rights. We see no reason for this - the worst kind of state power is arbitrary power. |
