| WHEREAS this momentous revival of the monarchy of Quanzar has brought glory and prosperity to our nation, WHEREAS this nation is multifaceted and extensive, comprised of many interests and many peoples, WHEREAS the unity of our many parts is the glorious cause of our time, WHEREAS the assertion of Quanzari military and cultural dominance is the chief hope for our future, RESOLVED that the Royal Union of Quanzar is hereby dissolved, that the Holy Empire of Quanzar is established, and that the House of Hessex holds the throne and crown of the Holy Emperor of Quanzar.
