| The AAP believes we should consider removing the rather 'Victorian' law that disallows 'public nudity'. While the AAP does not necessarily DESIRE to see the average Likatonian in the 'all-together', is it the right of government to forbid it? Should we not allow the social climate, the societal environment, to make such decisions? As it is, this particular law has been frequently abused... even to ban stage shows that allow 'public nudity'... which is a hazy description. It cannot be ignored that certain over-zealous officers of the Law, have arrested mothers for breast-feeding, under the 'public nudity' laws. |
