| Resolved, that all persons born in the Kafuristan Nomad Sotsialistik Respublikasy and persons born abroad who had one parent with Kafuri citizens at the time of their birth shall have citizen effective at birth. Resolved, that all immigrants who immigrated to the Kafuristan Nomad Sotsialistik Respublikasy legally may apply for naturalisation after a period of residency of at least five (5) years. Resolved, that the Ministry of Internal Affairs shall be responsible for designing, implementing and enforcing naturalisation procedures. |
