Resolved, that the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Kafuristan Nomad Sotsialistik Respublikasy shall establish, maintain and control public education facilities available free of charge at the point of use for any pupil who is a citizen and/or legal resident of Kafuristan. Resolved, that all pupils, or their parents, if underaged, shall be free to use private education facilities if they so wish. |
