Resolved, that the Ministry of Culture of the Kafuristan Nomad Sotsialistik Respublikasy shall establish, maintain, own and operate a single television service and a single radio service.

Resolved, that the service shall be known as the Kafuristan Broadcasting Corporation (KBC). The KBC shall be broadcasted throughout Kafuristan and shall be available free of charge on all radios and television sets and shall disseminate news, weather and emergency information as well as culturally enriched programming.

Resolved, that the KBC shall be be permitted to produce and broadcast news and informational broadcasts on a regional basis.

Resolved, that all radio and/or television services other than the KBC shall be privately owned and operated with no state-ownership or investment of any sort permitted.
