Resolved, that all sexually implicit or explicit actions shall be illegal in the Kafuristan Nomad Sotsialistik Respublikasy.

Resolved, that the penalty for sexually explicit actions committed in public shall be a term of imprisonment not to exceed one (1) year and/or a fine of ten thousand (10,000) Kafuristan, per offence committed.

Resolved, that the penalties for sexually implicit actions committed in public shall be a fine not exceeding five hundred (500) Kafuristan, per offence committed.
