MessageWhile loosening this measure may be useful to consider, what possible use is a law which is not enforced?

MessageSomething as simple as adultery is not worthy of death. Yes, it may be wrong, but we have better things to use the death penalty for, like murderers and rapists.

MessageSo either decriminalise it entirely or enforce the laws and punishments on the books. The notion of a "halfway house" on an issue as fundamental as criminal law is ludicrous. It smells of a weak government and a law drafted by a party more interested in its short-term electoral fortunes than its long-term beliefs - if, that is, the "K"VP has any beliefs at all.

Random fact: The voters enjoy active parties who take upon themselves the initiative to create laws.

Random quote: "Remember, democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide." - John Adams
