Message | Retirement age refers to when someone is forcibly made to quit working, weather they want to or not. The age at which one is able to get full retirement benefits is decided by the company of which they work for. There's no way to completely get rid of a retirement age it seems, but we tried to make it as late as possible so people have the choice to work as long as they want at least until 75. Forcing someone to retire is a wrong, and we don't condone it. If it's impossible to abolish the retirement age, then we prefer it to be as late as possible to affect as few as possible. |
