| Message | OOC: I'm proposing this due to a rash of talks on the forums about limiting nuclear weapons. I'd urge everyone to vote for this, even the tree-hugging hippies among us. C.S.D. I know you probably want to vote this to vote against anything I do but, here is the forum where the issue is being discussed.
