| Following the years of discussion it has become apparent that their is large scale support for a fundamental restructuring of the nation. Upon the passage of this legislation the following reforms shall take place; -The structuring of the nation shall change from that of a Federal Commonwealth to that of a Federated Empire. -The long name of the nations shall be changed from the 'Federal Commonwealth of Sekowo' to the 'Imperial Federation of Sekowo'. -The Executive structure of the nation shall be reformed, the Tenno (HoS) shall become a constitutional elective monarchy. The C'valyi (HoG) shall hold Executive power. The Monarchy; The Monarchy shall function in an elective fashion, an individual shall be elected to the position of Tenno for life. The legislature shall have the power to regulate the candidates. The Tenno shall not be immune to the law and, with the support of 60% of the full legislature be impeached if they commit actions deemed illegal or severely harmful to Sekowo. |
