Description[?]:
Allocations: 3 Billion for RockyGroup, with an additional 1 Billion specifically allocated for RockyBank, 2 Billion to be loaned to other banks, at the discretion of the Minister of Finance based on the Minister's assessment, 2 Billion for Fjord Motors, and 1 Billion for RockyLabor, to help them buy old Rockyfeller assets in Rockygroup (which needs to be done in order to keep the economy from further falling apart, the sale has not yet bee officiated) and 1 Billion for the Alorian Farmer's Market. Provisions for oversight: Every business/bank/industry that receives money from the government must send representatives every week to update the Ministers of Trade and Industry (for Rockygroup, Fjord, Alorian Farmer's Market) and Finance (Rockybank, other banks) on how they are spending the money, the respective ministers then reserve the right to veto an expenditure. The updates given to the ministries will also be sent to the members of Congress, who can propose legislation that also vetos an expenditure, provided it passes with a majority of the votes in Congress. |

Message | Good, but not great. How about the government also sends representatives to review how the companies are being run, seeing as they are the ones who got us into this mess? |
