Description[?]:
PM REAGAN OF GAVONSHIRE ASKS TRANSPORT MINISTER FOR LIBERTIA AIRPORT EXPANSION Libertia - Gerald Reagan, Prime Minister of Gavonshire, has asked Vivian Miller, federal Minister of Transport, for the expansion of Libertia International Airport with two new runways on the southside. Alistair McGovern, Gavonshirite MP, is totally against the expansion: "It is always our desire to make sure that we protect the economic future of the country while at the same time meeting the very tough environmental conditions that we have set ourselves for noise and pollution and for climate change," he said. Infrastructure and Transport Minister Miller, meanwhile, argues that an expansion of Libertia Airport is vital for the economy and for international competitiveness. "We need jobs," she said, "and the expansion will create almost 2,000 new jobs. Not only builders and laborers, but also new airport employers like technicians, ground control workers, maintenance people". ----------- THIS BILL WILL ALLOW LIBERTIA AIRPORT TO EXPAND WITH TWO NEW RUNWAYS!!! |
