| We have managed to fend off the worst of this economic crisis despite the failure of the NWB and the loss of many Rutanian's savings. However, our friends in Aloria are bearing the brunt of this crisis and if they fail, then our economy will be affected as well. We urge the other parties in the Federal Parliament to consider a proposal to send aid to Aloria. We propose this bill as a forum to discuss how much, if any, aid should go to Aloria and in what form. -Thomas Wenzeslaus, Speaker, Orange Party |

| Message | Mr Speaker, if we are still officially in an economic crisis then why send aid to another foreign country no matter if they are close friends or allies and not help us? Rutanians will think we do not care about them, newspapers around the commonwealth with the newsline 'GOVERNMENT GIVES 500 BILLION RUT BAILOUT WHILE REST OF RUTANIA SINKS'. It it absolute madness, let the Alorians recover themselves and lets focus more on our own crisis, when we are out of crisis and build our economy again then we can offer aid to Aloria. | Message | We fully support free markets and laissez-faire economics, but we feel that the international market is like traffic in a tunnel, if one car breaks down or wrecks then all traffic stops. We are doing this in order to keep not only the Alorian economy going, but our own as well. |
