| Recognizing: That Nova Terra is nothing more than a continuation of the NWO and as such is a threat to Sekowo, peace and the free world. Proposing; 1. Sekowo shall never enter into any alliance with Nova Terra or any Nova Terra member-state. 2. Sekowo shall not provide aide to Nova Terra or any Nova Terra member-state. 3. No party may be based on the principals of Nova Terra or expanding its influence. 4. No party may be a member of Nova Terra or any Nova Terra-supported puppet organizations. 5. No militias (IE party militia[s]) may be deployed to aide Nova Terra or any Nova Terra member-state. 6. Any party that violates any of the above may be brought before the courts. |

| Message | We could support this though if part 4 would be ammended so that it does include only Nova Terra. As it is impossible to point out which organization is considered as "puppet organizations" that part should be removed. We have no problem with other parts. |
