Resolved, that the following reforms of the Kafuristan military and military policies shall be instituted: A) The government of Kafuristan shall be responsible for providing for civil defence facilities. A minimum of one facility shall be constructed for every one thousand (1,000) persons. B) Conscription shall be abolished, effective 31 December 2723. Upon the termination of conscription, all conscripts already admitted into the Armed Services shall complete their terms of service. C) The military shall have no role in policing unless martial law or another state of emergency shall be declared. Resolved, that unless this Act shall take effect on 1 January 2723, unless otherwise specified. |
