| Message | The NKRP believes that this bill will improve the quality of all arms and military hardware produced in this nation. We believe that competition is always important in the business world, there will be more pressure on our national defence industries to produce item's that equal the quality of those made by the privately owned defence industries. There will of course be controls over the exportation of military hardware by these companies so as to coincide with current legistlation over arms exports.
