Details
Submitted by[?]: BDSP un Beys fun Yisserles-Binyomen
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 2729
Description[?]:
I propose that all Mehozot should have a Governor and an optional Lieutenant Governor. If one party controls over 50% and no other party more than 35% then they get both. If two parties have over 45%, then they decide amongst themselves. If all parties have a near equal share, then they decide on a Governor and the others are LGs. The regional legislatures shall be known as the Mehozot Knesset Hadash. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
