MessageThe United Nations of the Terra is an international organisation with the purpose of peace-maintenance. Though it is a new organisation, it has an enormous political potential due. If you read the establishing document, you realise that it is a serious and reliable organisation.
I have discussed with the president of the United Republics of Lodamun, Mr. Jonathan Kynes, and he said that if we ratify this treaty soon, we get a permanent seat in the Security Council. This means that we can also have the office of General Secretary.
I have to emphasize that this would immensely increase the international power status of Rutania, so this ratification is of utmost importance. I solemnly ask you to VOTE (in favour of this ratification)

Lord Klausenburg,
President of Rutania

MessageWe cannot support this - it is the first step towards global government and completely undermines national sovereignty. We should not restrict our own national authority and autonomy for the sake of entering into an ineffectual organization that pursues world 'peace' - an idealistic fantasy.

The best way to keep peace with our neighbors is not to get involved in any foreign conflicts that do not involve us, and to avoid entering into entangling foreign alliances and co-dependent free-trade agreements. If Rutania is not involved in anything globally that may lead to conflict, we will be an enemy to none.

MessageWith all due respect Sir, not being involved in world politics does not assure your security. In fact, it could be argue that it is not helpful but I will not get into that.

This organization in no way undermines its member's sovereignty. Their sovereignty is something we cherish and protect. We will rely on the faith and promise of our members to enforce our resolutions.

Rest assure that we will not force your country to do anything it does not wish to do.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Kynes
President of the United Republics of Lodamun

MessageWe completely support the Republican Elitist Party with regard to this treaty. This is not an international government, or a deliberate attempt by anyone to undermine the national autonomy of Rutania, or any of the member states.

This organization not only provides the benefits of being internationally involved, but is also a sign of progress. And this progress is not toward one global superstate as the NWO used to believe, but rather progress toward great understanding and cooperation amongst people of all walks of life. The Orange Party fully supports the ratification of this treaty.
