Resolved, that the mayors of all Kafuristan municipalities shall be elected by the voters of their municipality. Resolved, that all mayoral elections shall occur concurrently with regular municipal elections. In the case of the resignation, death or removal of an incumbent mayor, the municipal council shall choose an acting mayor from among their number until the next regularly scheduled mayoral election. |
