Resolved, that the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Oil Emirate of Kafuristan shall establish, maintain and control public education facilities to be available free of charge at the point of use for any pupil who is a citizen and/or legal resident of Kafuristan. Resolved, that all pupils, or their parents, if underaged, shall be free to choose private education facilities or non-profit charter schools at their or their parents discretion. |
