Resolved, that the government of the Oil Emirate of Kafuristan and its regional and municipal entities shall only be permitted to invoke eminent domain for public works projects. Resolved, that when eminent domain is invoked, the owner(s) of said property shall have the right to determine just compensation. However, the government entity invoking eminent domain shall have the right to appeal the decision. However, if the owner(s) determined price of just compensation is equal to, or less, of twice the established market value, the government shall be prohibited from appealing the price set by the owner(s). |
