| Resolved, that all foreign nations shall have the right to open embassies inside the Oil Emirate of Kafuristan. Resolved, that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is hereby instructed to establish embassies in all nations where the Oil Emirate of Kafuristan is permitted to establish and operate an embassy. The Ministry shall commence with the purchase of land and/or buildings and the construction or refurbishment of embassies, as needed. The Ministry shall also negotiate with foreign governments regarding the opening of said embassies, as needed. |
