Message | Schools are there to teach kids the essential knowledge they need for life. This includes sexual education. Students can't opt out of learning English, maths or science, why should sexual education be any different? Really it's probably one of the most useful things we can teach children. |

Message | (OOC:stop saying maths!!!) IC: While we understand that sex education is important (as, after all, sex is the only reason any of us are here), we believe that it should be the parent's choice if they or the school teaches sex. Prohibiting their opt-out option is denying the freedoms of many religions who REQUIRE that only parents (or head of the households) should teach their children about sex. |

Message | OOC: What's wrong with maths? IC: Religions should be taking a back seat to important matters. Who cares that a religion requires a ritual sacrifice, the law says you can't so tough luck. Who cares that a religion requires you to avoid blood transfusions, if your child is sick, you better believe the state will give them one. Religions are there to guide people in life through the hard times, not ruin your and other people's lives. |
