Bill: Income tax proposal of September 2733
Details
Submitted by[?]: First Party Of Hobrazia
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2734
Description[?]:
We propose to reduce taxes for the less well off by ridding ourselves of the lower tax band of 20,000. The new lower band will be at 30,000 where 20% tax is payable again this has fallen from 26% The upper band will remain at 60,000, however taxes here have risen slightly to 43%, however we deem this to be overall beneficial to all as it will stimulate the economy and make sure that Hobrazia remains the economic hub of this continent and Terra. Overall we shall remain in surplus and we shall save this for future use |
