Criminals have committed acts against the society and community causing damages and wounds. In order for them to pay their debt to society back, they should be forced to complete work inside of prisons. |

Current: Prisoners can do certain jobs in prison, voluntarily, for a small wage.
Proposed: Able-bodied prisoners have to work during the day.
