| This bill affirms on the federal level something that has already passed on the state level in Sildar. This bill grants the Communist and Socialist factions of Sildar the northern panhandle of Sildar, the sections of Aloria that include the cities of Port Elizabeth and San Antonio, with the city of Yellowstone as well, and the northern portion of the Yellowstone section of Sildar. This Jurisdiction will have complete autonomy from the federal government of Aloria (it already has it from the state government of Sildar), and an assurance that it will be completely independent of the government in managing its internal affairs. In exchange, the URA will withdraw from the metropolitan area of Silar an relinquish control of it to the state government of Sildar and the federal government of Aloria. The area being handed over has a population of around 1 million. Minister President of Sildar Florence Hidellen has promised to assist any from that area who wishes to move into the rest of Sildar rather then be under this new jurisdiction, while Anne Fletcher has assured Hidellen that any who wish to leave will be allowed to do so. |
