This bill seeks the removal of salary caps on employees. Many employees such as Executives, whom are critical as managers of business, are in need of greater incentive. The existance of salary caps only serve to push these great minds away from taking initiative to make the Crownlands more economically powerful. |

Message | Considering the fact businesses have no tax on their profits, a salary cap isn't that bad. There is a max wage set up by the central government but local governments/businesses get to regulate themselves. Also, looking at economic growth since this legislation has passed, Hulstria's economy has surged dramaticlly. We are largest economy on Dovani and have increased our lead as so. Innovation obviously has not stopped if we continue to grow. The current law is better than having government regulate it fully, have unions determine it, or having none at all. |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols. |
