| Message | There is no reason why the state should be disallowed from forming gated communities. 'The government policy regarding housing.' ' The State contracts with private companies to provide public housing. ' As it stands, the state contracts with private industry to build housing for the people of our Great Nation. With this in mind, where is the logic in disallowing the government from constructing gated communities. This Bill will only cause unnecessary complications while superfluously limiting the rights of the Government. |

| Message | First off, the government has no rights, it is impossible for the government to have rights. Secondly, by having the government contract with private companies only serves those private companies enriching them with unnecessary tax dollars, as competition would take care of housing needs without government giving it to private contractors. |
