Message | We'd rather not enforce them. If people want to be more environmental then they should choose products from environmental companies. |

Message | Pollution prevention won't come from these companies unless it's enforced. We are writing them a blank check at the cost of unmeasurable amounts of harm done not only to the environment, but to the people who live near industries that don't see it in their best interest to care. This is a market failure that needs more correction then buying from a company just because they use recycled paper. |
