Recognizing:
That Nova Terra is nothing more than a continuation of the NWO and as such is a threat to Zardugal, peace
and the free world. That Nova Terra as such is nothing more than a group of nihilistic members who are dedicated to the destruction of order, civil-society and wanton disregard for various groups of peoples on Terra.

Proposing;
1. Zardugal shall never enter into any alliance with Nova Terra or any Nova Terra member-state.
2. Zardugal shall not provide aide to Nova Terra or any Nova Terra member-state.
3. No party may be based on the principals of Nova Terra or expanding its influence.
4. No party may be a member of Nova Terra or any organization that openly supports or is a part of Nova Terra.
5. No militias (IE party militia[s]) may be deployed to aide Nova Terra or any Nova Terra member-state.
6. Any party that violates any of the above may be brought before the courts.
