| Message | We were operating with a 23billion surplus, I have used this to cut taxes for lower earnings. The spending cuts I have suggested should give us an even greater surplus and allow further scope for tax cuts to lighten the burden on Kanjor's poorest citizens. We aim to reduce the tax burden to give people an incentive to pursue affluence, the incentive to achieve and earn but also the freedom to spend and thus help our economy grow.
