| Message | We would like to propose a compromise in that the government pays what they feel is adequate and if citizens feel it isn't, they may sue putting the project on haitius due to an ownership dispute. Since the Judicial branch is seperated from other brances, we feel this wouldn't clog our courts with determination of compensation and may sometimes work in favor with the citizens if they get more than they expected outright. We also alert the UC to a copy of this legislation by the NS. |
