Message | Will the Head of State still be the Head of Government under this new constitution? We would support this if the formation of cabinets was opened to all political parties, this provides a strong point of opposition as it cn remove the largest party from power if it's measures are so unpopular that a coalition fo minority parties can unite against it to form government. We would also like you to reduce the legislative term to 48 months. Best wishes, Margaret |

Message | We will support this when the measures we asked for imposed, a constitutional amendment is hard to over-turn and so we cannot and will not risk compromise. We would at least like to see the legislative term reduced to 48 months. This will be our only compromise. Margaret. Leader of the KCP |

Message | We have made a compromise, lowering the limit to 52 months. I feel this a reasonable amount for both sides to be content. Olivier Betrand Party Chairman |
