| Today, the URLS Andalay was attacked by a Nova Terran ship while patrolling the quarantine zone. This attack on our Navy is the most clear indication of what Nova Terra's goals are. This blatant attack on our ship is not tolerable. Let it be resolved that, we, the Parliament of the United Republics of Lodamun, condemn that attack on the URLS Andalay by Nova Terra.
