We propose three amendments to current state policy in regards to: -Libraries. A consistently maintained network of libraries should be maintained by the government, complete with a comprehensive program to digitise every book in the country for free access to all citizens of Barmenia. -Military-Police co-operation in times of emergency. The two forces should be able to launch joint operations in times of emergency to increase effectiveness during such times. -Cinemas. The state should no longer operate a system of restrictions and censorship of what film makers and cinemas can and can not show. Allow citizens to choose for themselves. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
