MessageThis bill is considered by Lord Klausenburg as being of utmost importance. I hope the RHP will that it is also its own interest quit the NT.
We should reach a consesnsus on this issue. (At least of two thirds)

MessageConsidering the recent actions of Nova Terra, revolutions and attacks on the navy of the Lodamun, the OP considers this bill to be fair.

We also wish to convey o the RHP that we do not view them as a terrorist organization. We know they are committed to the interests and freedoms of the Rutanian people. They are a patriotic party, and we hope this patriotism will compel them to put their nation over that petty lot of warmongers and murderers called Nova Terra.

MessageWe cannot support this legislation, for symbollic reasons, due to our partnership with the party that founded the Nova Terra organization - the 'Confederacy of Social Darwinists'. We do not view the organization as a terrorist group, though we do not approve of their methods or their underlying ambitions, for obvious reasons, and we are not active in promoting their cause.

If the legislation passes, however, we will comply with its provisions.

MessageWe do not seek to force a decision on the RHP, we would like if the party would realize what is more important for itself and for the nation.
We acknowledge the arguments of the RHP but we would advise to recnsider its stance. What would make the party revise its opinion?

MessageRutania has no need to fear the Nova Terra or to view it as a threat to our nation, as the 'Rutanian Heritage Party' is currently on good terms with the organization's leaders. As such, we should not involve ourselves in the conflict - to threaten the Nova Terra with military force will undermine our relationship and may make Rutania vulnerable to attack from the organization. It is in our best national interests to remain neutral in all matters concerning Nova Terra, lest we bring unwanted attention to our nation.

We would be prepared to change our stance on this issue if the 'REP' were to promise not to make attempts for Rutania to provide military assistance against the Nova Terra organization, and to remain neutral in all matters of the United Nations concerning the organization. If the 'REP' would be prepared for Rutania to stay neutral on the aforementioned issues, we will agree to withdraw from the Nova Terra, and comply with this legislation. If the 'REP' choose to go ahead with their campaign against Nova Terra, and if this were to be taken too far, the consequences may be far more severe than the 'REP' realize.

MessageDoes the RHP suggest that we should show that we are a weak nation, who remains neurtal in order to avoid the wrath of the Nova Terra.?
No, the REP will not betray the might of Rutania for some personal relationships with some corrupt maffia-leaders.

Is this the last word of the RHP on this issue?

MessageWhat consequences are the members of the RHP talking about here? Is the RHP threatening action itself?

MessageWe are not threatening action, by any means - we are admonishing our fellow parties that it would be wise for Rutania not to involve itself in this conflict. Our nation is presently safe from any Nova Terra offensive, but this will no longer be the case if we are involved in NATO, particularly if we provide military assistance against the organization.

In response to the 'REP's statements, we do not believe that Rutania is a weak nation, but this is entirely beside the point - Nova Terra is an organization dedicated to global warfare, and our national defence capabilities are not strong enough to withstand an attack, even with NATO assistance. As previously mentioned, we are currently safe from any Nova Terra attack - we are in a secure position if we do not involve ourselves in the conflict. We have to think of Rutania's national interests ahead of any other considerations, and what's best for Rutania at present is to stay out of this situation, particularly as it does not involve us in any way.

This is our final warning to the 'REP' and other parties who would support Rutania's involvement in multi-lateral action against the Nova Terra - such a move would jeopardize Rutania's national security and put us in great danger unnecessarily. We urge our fellow parties to be prudent and sensible in their consideration of this point, for Rutania's sake.

MessageWe ask the RHP this, not in debate, but as a question to ponder.

What will Rutania do if Nova Terra wins? What will we do when we stand alone? Will we not eventually be forced into becoming a Nova Terra puppet state?

In other words, who will come help us when there is no one left?

MessageWe will not need help, as we are not a target of Nova Terra at present, nor will we be if we remain neutral in this conflict. If we involve ourselves in military or legal action against the organization, we will make our nation a target for their advances, and the forces of 'NATO' will not be able to protect us.

There are two alternatives to consider: the first is for Rutania to join in multi-lateral action against 'Nova Terra', putting us at great risk, jeopardizing our national security, bringing the unwanted attention of the organization and potentially making ourselves a target; the second is to remain entirely neutral in the conflict, withdraw from international treaties and organizations, refrain from any military or legal action against the organization, prevent any risk of attack whatsoever, and ensure the future security and safety of our nation and its citizens.
The choice is obvious.

MessageDear Colleagues,

I will only make one statement. If you are under the protection of NATO, Nova Terra will NOT attack you. If for some reason, they do, NATO will be able to fully protect you and drive your aggressors away.

Rutania will not be safe from Nova Terra's hands no matter what anyone thinks. They are hungry for power and they will not stop. NATO can and will protect you should you join.

Sincerely,

Roland Linconl
Vice President of the United Republics of Lodamun
Chairman of the Council of NATO

MessageThe statements made by the 'Liberal Party' are fallacious - Rutania is far less succeptible to attack from 'Nova Terra' at present than we will be under the 'NATO' agreement. The organization does not consider Rutania a target, but if we provide military assistance against them, this will no longer be the case.

MessageIt is a travesty that this legislation has recieved majority support - the 'freedom of associaton', which the liberal parties of this nation claim to believe in, has been sacraficed by its own ideological proponents for the sake of political axe-grinding. This is political opportunism at its worst.
