MessageLocal government can best determine how to preserve protected parks, and how to spend government funds to protect and maintain the land and water parks more efficiently. The national government will continue funding but give control to local authorities.

MessageIf the Government is continuing to fund these parks, then the existing law is the correct one and there should just be a suppliment added to the existing legislature.
Local Government will not operate these parks any better than the current system abd just adds in another level of bereaucracy which takes the money away from the parks themselves and costs the taxpayer more. There are no advantages to this change and the only thing it does is to increase costs and slow down results.

MessageThis change also makes it legal for local governments to stop funding parks if they wish. We cannot support it.
