| Whereas numerous environmental regulations hurt businesses. Whereas environmental regulations are nonsensicial. Whereas it would be preferred if they would not pollute. Whereas industries are more likely to agree when not being forced with regulations. It is proposed that economic regulations on pollution be eliminated but it is encouraged not to pollute. |
