| Message | Licensed alcoholic sales outlets are better suited to combat teenagers and children from getting their hands on alcohol. Having unregulated, sprawled out, un-licensed alcoholic stores poses the risk of having teenagers being able to get their hands on a bottle. It was a problem when this law was around 30 years ago, too many cases were teenagers were able to get by these unregulated establishments when they could've been easily been stopped if the store owner had the training to stop and catch them. |
