| Resolved, by the Lexate of the Respublica Dranii, that the National Health Service (NHS) shall be established to provide health care services to all Dranians, free at the point of use. Resolved, that the NHS shall perform medical, dental and pharmaceutical services. Resolved, that all hospitals and physicians offices shall be owned, operated and maintained by the NHS. Resolved, that no new private hospitals and/or physicians offices may be opened. Resolved, that all hospitals, physicians offices and pharmaceutical facilities shall be nationalised within one (1) year of passage of this Act. The Ministry of Finance shall assess the fair value of the properties concerned and a cheque shall be issued for the amount assessed. No appeal of the assessment shall be permitted. |
