Message | I don't see why any reason the government should cease providing free telephone lines after its successful existance these past 40 years. Why cut a program that has seen positive results? |

Message | Cost cutting. And it would create a free telephone market, wich will be more effective then the state can ever ensure. |

Message | If something isn't broken, why try to fix it? Hulstria isn't going through a recession where we have to cut programs and as I pointed out, its become very successful these past 40 years. There is no reason why this should be cut and there is no indication it is hurting us in anyway. The RM hasn't come up with a good enough logic to sell their idea; they say they want free market but I'm afraid that is just another codeword in the world of the Radicals, anarchy. |

Message | And plus, its not really free-market is the government is regulating the charge private companies can price. For all we know, we could set rates for $1 for telephone services. |

Random fact: When you join the game, you will find yourself with only zero seats. That's because your party's representatives haven't been elected yet. You need to establish your party's position on issues by proposing several bills that your party wants passed and sending them to vote. This raises your visibility and if you do it enough, you will win seats at the next election. |
Random quote: Although I understand and respect the intentions behind the gesture, this is not something that is universally understood or appreciated, and it tends to give out a negative impression of our party. ~ Anton Weinreich, General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party, pleading with his members to stop burning the national flag |
