The Supporters of Science in Design (IP) propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the Gerajan Protectorates of Malivia.

If at all possible the government shall prioritize giving the jobs created by this plan to those people who have endured a tax increase on them for the next five years - the last two of which shall be a fazing out period of this affirmative action.

The ten billion MCR additional allocation to the head of government shall be used at the discretion of the Maharaja, (Joseph Hunter).
