Bill: Military Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Pan-Quanzarian Conservative Union
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2744
Description[?]:
1: What if that time in war, at that certain position, our "close allies" turn on one another? Then what? We choose neutrality, we're bound to be invaded. We choose another, we're bound to be invaded, and our own weapons used against us. 2: Why would you have to do this? If people feel uncomfortable to serve in the military, let them leave. But there's no easy way out in life, so there has to be a price to pay. 3: Why are PoWs, who have committed acts against Quanzar, fought against Quanzar, tried to bring Quanzar begging down to the feet of their nation's knees, be treated well? That is unjust. How about people in the ghettos of major cities? I'm sure they'd rather be PoWs seeing how much better PoWs are treated, with knowing their lives AREN'T at risk each and every day. We need to show people that we aren't gonna take anyone's crap. 4: Why would woman serve in segregated units? Are they any different? If they can fight, why seperately. |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
